This is one of several papers about digital modulation performance in frequency and time-selective fading channel I wrote before. Feedback and Question is welcomed
The performance of coherent and differentially coherent
detection of pulse shaped OFDM in both time- and
frequency-selective fading is analyzed theoretically. The channel
is assumed to be land mobile, two path and Rayleigh distributed.
Based on small BER assumption, very simple closed-form BER
approximation are derived which can be employed in the iterative
optimal pulse shaped OFDM design for fading channel. Taking the
rectangular-wave OFDM as an example, the simulation results match
our closed-form formula very well for small fading disturbance.
Great answer, thanks for sharing.
