UVM class instantiated twice so build-phase of this class is executed twice?

I have an UVM class and it is instantiated twice to create two objects. So the build phase of this class is executed twice or only once? Since this class is instantiated, its build-phase is executed automatically. But if this class is NOT instantiated, does its build-phase still get executed?
