The OpenACC Application Programming Interface defines a collection of compiler directives to annotate loops and regions of code in standard C, C++ and Fortran to be offloaded from the host CPU to an attached heterogeneous accelerator device for parallelized execution. Support for OpenACC 2.0 will be available in Mentor Graphics’ Sourcery CodeBench (OpenACC/PTX) Lite and in the upcoming release of GCC 6. This webinar will review the basics of OpenACC and demonstrate the use of OpenACC 2.0 with GCC for NVIDIA GPUs.
